PermaBlend ScalpSet

Perma Blend's new Scalp Kit is specially blended for the scalp. The quality of these pigments were formulated to last longer and need minimal touch up. The kit consists of 6 colors ranging from light grey to black and even brown. This also contains an orange modifier if needed plus a free bottle of Thin Shading Solution.
